Every three years, our fire brigade corps undergoes intensive training with foam and powders at Maasvlakte, resulting in an instructive two-day exercise. We not only test PFHS-free foam but also conduct realistic drills on various objects. Alongside colleagues from Schiphol and Kenbri, our maintenance partner, we assess the foam quality of the crashtender and ensure it functions optimally. A layer of foam on the ground does not necessarily indicate its effectiveness.
