Procurement

Lelystad Airport is obliged to act in accordance with the Procurement Act. As a result, contracts exceeding a certain amount may not simply be awarded to any company. This is subject to set selection procedures.

In addition, Lelystad Airport actively promotes regional employment and involvement. The airport has included this ambition in its procurement policy.

The procurement policy sets out the preferred way in which Lelystad Airport makes purchases.

The accompanying procurement conditions determine the legal conditions under which agreements are made.
